Forge-weld
Layers of steel are folded and hammer-welded so the pattern runs through the blade, not just across the surface.

Grind & shape
The profile and bevels are ground by hand to a full-tang blank, balanced for the blade's purpose.

Heat-treat & etch
Hardened and tempered for a lasting edge, then acid-etched to reveal the Damascus pattern.

Hand-finish
The handle is fitted, the edge brought up, and the whole piece finished and inspected before it ships.
